Good to know

How does the weekly guest pass work?
Every membership includes one free guest pass per week, bring someone who has never been to Flolo before, completely free. It's our way of helping you share something you love. Your guest just needs to be new to the studio. Book their spot through the app alongside yours.
How do class credits work on Lite and Balance?
Each week your membership earns class credits that bank up automatically. Miss a week, they roll over. Go away for a month, they roll over. No expiry, no waste. Your banked credits are yours to use anytime while your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, any unused banked credits are forfeited.
Can I freeze my membership?
Unlimited members can freeze from 1 week up to 3 months, just message us via SMS or the app with your dates, 48 hours notice appreciated. Lite and Balance members use credit banking instead, your credits simply build up while you're away, so there's no need to freeze.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account before any week renews and the next charge stops. No calls, no emails, no notice period, no lock-ins.
How does the $20/week intro work?
Your intro is billed weekly at $20, no lock-in. Cancel from your account before any week renews and you're done, no notice period. After week 4 it continues as Unlimited at $40/week, or switch to Lite or Balance. We'll remind you before the price changes.
Can I just try one class first?
You can. A casual class is $30. But your first week of unlimited classes is $20 with no obligation to continue, so nearly everyone starts there instead.
Can I attend any of the three studios?
Yes. Every membership gives you full access to Helensvale, Robina and Mermaid Beach, 140+ classes every week across all three locations.
I'm pregnant, can I attend?
Yes! You're welcome to join any yoga class during pregnancy. Please let your teacher know at the start of class so they can offer safe modifications. We recommend Stretch Yoga or Slow Flow. Barre Pilates is fine during pregnancy too. It's only Mat Pilates we don't recommend. Always check with your doctor first.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself. Mats, blocks, blankets, bands and weights are all provided at every studio. Bring a water bottle, small hand towel and comfortable activewear.
