Good to know
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! Mats, blocks, blankets, bands, weights and sliders are all provided. We suggest a water bottle, hand towel and comfortable activewear.
I'm a complete beginner, is that okay?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to support all levels and every teacher offers modifications. Stretch Yoga is a great starting point, but any class works. Just show up.
I'm pregnant, can I attend?
Yes! You're welcome to join any yoga class during pregnancy. Please let your teacher know so they can offer modifications. We recommend Stretch Yoga. Check with your doctor first, we don't recommend Mat Pilates during pregnancy.
Can I access all three studios?
Yes, all memberships and passes give you access to Mermaid Beach, Robina and Helensvale. One membership, 140+ classes a week.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Unlimited members can freeze from 1 week up to 3 months. Just send us a message via SMS or through the app with your dates, giving at least 48 hours notice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in the app before any week renews and the next charge stops. No calls, no emails, no notice period, no lock-ins.
