You'll be guided through Ayurvedic morning rituals (with a take-home guide), pranayama breathwork, a gentle lymphatic yoga flow, slow flow vinyasa, mantra and chanting, extended savasana with sound healing and a closing Mauli thread ceremony to anchor your intentions.
Whether you're new to yoga or already have a regular practice, this workshop is open to all. It's about creating a rhythm that works for you, whether you have 5 minutes or 2 hours to dedicate to yourself each day.
