Studio hire on the Gold Coast
We hire our Helensvale, Robina and Mermaid Beach spaces for workshops, teacher training, private group classes, filming, corporate sessions and community events.

When the studios are usually free
Hire fits around our classes, so start with the timetable for your studio and date. As a guide:
Weekdays Middle of the day, roughly 1pm to 4:30pm
Saturdays From late morning, after the last class, through the afternoon and evening
Sundays Roughly 11am to 3:30pm, plus evenings after the last class at Helensvale and Robina
Workshops and events sometimes take these times, so we confirm your date before you pay.

Set up, run your session and pack down inside your booked time.
What hirers need
Public liability insurance of at least $20 million, plus relevant qualifications, first aid and professional indemnity cover if you are instructing. Keep to the numbers agreed, look after your attendees and leave the space as you found it. No sub-letting. Cancel with more than 7 days' notice and we hold what you paid as credit for another date within 12 months. Inside 7 days the fee is forfeited.

How much does it cost to hire a yoga studio on the Gold Coast at Flolo?
$300 for a 3 hour block, then $50 for each extra hour. Prices include GST, mats, props and the sound system.
What's the minimum booking?
3 hours. Your booked time includes setup and pack-down.
How many people fit?
We recommend up to 30 people on mats at each studio. Mermaid Beach is our largest space and has held 50 mat to mat.
Is equipment included?
Yes. Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and the studio sound system are included in the hire.
When is the studio available to hire?
Hire fits around our class timetable. Studios are usually free on weekdays from roughly 1pm to 4:30pm, on Saturdays from late morning and on Sundays from roughly 11am to 3:30pm. Check the timetable for your date and we will confirm it.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking around all three studios.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. You need public liability insurance of at least $20 million, plus relevant qualifications, first aid and professional indemnity cover if you are instructing.
Can I play music?
Yes. Use the studio sound system in line with our OneMusic licence, or hold your own music licence where required.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel with more than 7 days' notice and we hold what you paid as credit for another date within 12 months. Inside 7 days the hire fee is forfeited.
Can I hire a studio for filming or a photoshoot?
Yes. Filming and photography are both welcome.
Can you supply a teacher too?
Yes. A private session with one of our teachers for groups of up to 30 starts at $300 for the hour, or we can come to your venue.
