Lucile moved permanently on the the Gold Coast in 2012 from France. Yoga wasn’t a committed practice for her until she found herself with a serious spinal injury. Slowly yoga became her lifestyle, helping her to build resilience through challenges finding balance and inner peace in her everyday life.
Her teachings encourage you to explore and observe through breath awareness and mindful movements the unfolding of your practice. Every day is a different day, a different body, a different mind and each breath is a new experience.
