I first became interested in yoga in my early twenties after attending my first yoga class at a wellness retreat  and I have been hooked ever since.  Yoga brings me true joy, gratitude, overall wellness and has given me a strength both physically and mentally that is unmatched with any other exercise regime I have tried.  After practicing yoga for 20 years, I deepened my practice by taking the leap from student to teacher by completing my 350 hour Yoga Teacher Training and have been teaching ever since.  As a wife and mum to 3 amazing beings, I understand the stresses and demands put on us in this modern life and try to aim from my classes for my students to leave feeling refreshed, energized, grounded and with some simple tools to be able to help them off the mat as well in their day to day lives along with some teachings of yoga philosophy and traditions that are very sacred to me.
